Overview

Collect more than one CORE decision (approve / reject) against a single requestId. The Gateway fans opaque inbox copies and counts signatures bound to artifactHash. It NEVER decrypts.

Modes:

  • firstValid — first valid snapshot signature completes wait
  • count — collect until requiredApprovals (or first reject when denyOnFirstReject is true)

1:1 remains default when this extension is absent (AlreadyDecidedConflict after the first decision).

Inbox

N inbox items, same requestId. Strip recipients[] from Approval Requests. Wait returns one decision.deliver when the set completes.
